Soccer ball and volleyball patterns are cut through these heavy press machines in the required shapes.
Leather Garment Manufacturing
High-quality leather is selected which is then treated and tanned to enhance durability and appearance. Once the leather is ready, it is cut into patterns and then the cut pieces are assembled and stitched using specialized sewing machines.
Glove Q/C & Packing
The goalkeeping glove quality check and packing process begins with thoroughly inspecting each glove after stitching and then the fit, grip, and overall appearance are examined. Each pair is carefully folded and placed into protective packaging & cartons.
Ball Q/C & Packing
Each ball is thoroughly checked with various techniques and then packed in individual polybags and then repacked in cartons as per the requirements.
Leather Garments Q/C & Packing
The garments are examined for defects such as uneven stitching, discoloration, and imperfections in the leather, fit, and finish, and any additional features like zippers and buttons are checked. Next, the garments are packed in poly bags and cartons.
